I need dinner, quick!
Vegetable Quiche
Stir fried baby bella mushrooms, green bell pepper, zucchini and tomatoes from Sandra’s garden.
7 eggs, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Grease pan with butter and bake for about 20 minutes at 350.
